Went for Sunday lunch. Booked well over 6 weeks ago but my god it was well worth it! Had the bone marrow pie and some lovely starters - so full afterwards! Would 100% recommend!

Went there on Sunday for lunch after a terrible experience at The Bear. The Arms was packed and we did have a wait for a table but the staff kept us informed of what was going on while we enjoyed a drink at the bar. The staff were all great. The service was warm & enthusiastic and all served with a sense of humour. The food was delicious and came out in a timely mannner. I couldn’t fault it. My one slight criticism would be that the tables at the back of the pub are very tightly packed in. We were actually ok as our table was more towards the bar area but had we been towards the rear I don’t think we would’ve been as comfortable. Minor point but I thought it worth a mention. More...
