About

I assist dear ones with their desire to move from low self worth conditions, 'I am not enough' states to recognizing their place as beings of light and part of creator consciousness, waking up to how magnificent they are and have nothing to fear.

I had reached a point where many different parts of my life had started to overwhelm me. Katherine helped me change my outlook completely, with discussions over tea and sessions of hypnotherapy in her lovely cottage in the country, I shifted my way of responding to people and situations to a calmer and more accepting view. We did not spend time going over issues in my past, which I had been dreading, instead I moved into the future. It has changed my relationships in a very positive way and I feel years younger, looking forward rather than tiredly looking back on my life. I would recommend Katherine to anyone who feels they are stuck in an unhappy and stressful situation. I have moved on a lot but also feel I can return to Katherine if I need to at any time. More...

Katherine was fantastic warm and welcoming she put me at ease immediately! Each session enabled me to discuss and unpick what was bothering me,she gave me confidence and focus to be able to achieve my dreams and not take life quite so seriously! Relationships with new friends, my horse and children have grown from strength to strength. Many thanks Tina x More...

Q&As

It's not a 'job' but an honour and pleasure to sing and dance with and assist dear ones and to shine some light into dense corners so that each may recall forgotten knowledge.

My mentor at the time suggested that I would be 'good at this'.

They resonate with my words and know themselves to be more than the limitations they feel whatever symptoms present.
