On the sharp end. Ended up over paying over a year ago. Credit file still needs a letter but no response.
Not all debts are down to the person they chase.
The company who says there is a debt is at fault. Felt like a criminal all the way through. Can’t wait to clear my credit file then counter act the whole ordeal. So well done cpa and ehl. The issue arises because when you call the staff take it personal. I paid a bailiff once in three years. That’s it. I was in between jobs then. At the end the insolvency company did not even help me even though I have over paid by nearly £1000. So as if your a potential client. They will recover your money. But be ready for the pit falls in admin. My monthly payments cannot be recalled by them. My credit report seriously wrong. Still shows the full amount. My life ruined because of a 1 care company who initially made thousands out of the nhs continuing care fund. Fraudulently. Proof available
