Called the team at Case-up to replace a battery on an iPhone 7 Plus, which I was convinced required replacing. Rang Thursday morning to request a home visit and they arrived the same morning. After the inspection the diagnostics confirmed it was actually the charger wire that was preventing the battery charging fully. Instead of ripping me off with a new battery these honest guys recommended a new charger wire instead. Now it’s fine :-) Thanks for the highly efficient and honest service, definitely recommended. Taken smashed phones in twice to get them fixed - these guys do an amazing job every time, extremely reasonable prices and fixed super quick. The second phone (I phone 5) was smashed to bits, I thought there was no way they could fix it, but they did it for just 30 quid! Just got a screen protector applied by Moe at Case up. I was not convinced initially but gave it a go as I could see a line aground the edge of the protector. Apparently a glue zone.Came back in an hour and Moe kindly offered full refund.Therefore for the case I had one star *.For Moe's swift non hesitant offer for refund 5 stars.Next time I would probably do a bit of research in advance.Pavel More...
