I Do Not Recommend! Dreadful experience, took my mum here for evening dinner, waitress sour faced from the start, brought me a flat coke, no ice, warm tap water, no ice, brought me wrong food, argued when I commented, said it was my error when it clearly was her error.
She then went to the kitchen, talked about me in a derogatory manner to staff who all then started to stare at me. She left the bowl of skinny fries at my table and didn't take them away to keep them warm.. Ten min later I was brought another variation of what I had ordered along with a lashing of sarcastic abuse. I told the waitress, Italian in her 60's sorry I can't eat this, she said in a very arrogant way You will pay for it! She stomped over to her till and slammed the bill down in front of me... I said to her that's rather rude as my mother is only half way through her meal, waitress said I asked for the bill, I told her, No I hadn't, she continues to stand and argue and basically call me a liar, most embarrassing and very unprofessional..
Then chef comes over and wants to talk to me, I asked him also to please just leave me alone, in peace, my mother is eating, please leave us alone, he gracefully turned and walked away, by now I just want to leave but waited on my mother finishing.. Nasty waitress comes over again, I asked her to please leave me alone, my mother is still eating.. Waitress goes on and on making me out to have requested the bill when I hadn't, yet.. Puts her hand towards my body.. I asked her to remove her hand, get out of my personal space and leave me in peace, my mother is still eating.. Waitress comes back to table, said to me, Get out of my restaurant, told her, don't worry, I will be as soon as my mother finishes her meal.. Waitress then snatched/ grabbed the money from us as Mum and I were laying cash on the table, I told her to keep the change, I ate no food as was so upset and disgusted by waitress... But I paid for all of it.. as I was leaving horrid waitress shouts sarcastically across the restaurant, "have a nice evening" ... This Vile woman, could be the owner.. Told her I will be doing a review, Waitress shouted Good! So here it is.
Never in my life have I been spoken to like this before by anyone let alone a bad tempered old Italian female waitress.. She needs to do a course on customer service, learn how to smile, talk pleasantly to customers and resolve, not exacerbate a situation caused by waitress error in the first place.
Worst restaurant experience I have ever had..
Had to go to another very nice restaurant for dinner.
Paid for dinner twice tonight. Would never recommend Casa Mia. Shocking /Dreadful!!!

Very popular Italian restaurant offering a good selection of Mediterranean dishes. Only drawback in my opinion are the poor acoustics of the building which renders normal conversation a struggle.

First proper meal out since lockdown and our first restaurant visit with our 7 month daughter ended disappointingly. Service was good up until the point a hair was noticed on the pizza. The waiter to be fair did apologise etc but the owners/chefs just took a back seat and offered no apology of their own or gesture to make up for the findings on my pizza!! Yes it was removed from the bill itself however; further apology from owners/chefs go a long way or even a courtesy drink/dessert etc... it's the little things that you notice as we were basically after asking for the bill walking out without any care or attention. Felt like we have your money goodbye... Not how I like to leave a premises. They knew this was a special visit I made a the senior lady on duty fully aware of this. Hairs in food can happen, it is forgiveable, unappreciated and cold service is not in my opinion. Take responsibility, and at least have your guests leave with a smile. No attempt was made to bring the visit to a pleasant ending. With all that being said; I would now have no reason to go back to Casa Mia, and we had been looking forward to it for a while now.
