We can’t recommend Steve highly enough. We have been using him for our boiler services and any plumbing issues which arise for a couple of years now. He’s friendly, very reasonably priced and he explains what he’s doing and is always happy to answer any questions you have. I’m no plumber and my wife certainly isn’t so we find this very reassuring and have had a total of zero issues with any work he has undertaken. Most recently we had a weekend call out, Steve managed (luckily for us) to be with us within half an hour and the leak was found and fixed within an hour. I highly recommend Carters Heating Services. Steven was recommended by a work colleague to service my old gas boiler and fix the hot water diverter valve the following year. He arrived on time and came across as a reliable, very knowledgeable, tidy and honest professional. I then asked him to recommend and quote for a new condensing boiler. He took time to answer all my questions and explained why extra work had to be done because it needed to be brought up to the specifications of the current regulations. The whole process of replacing the old boiler with a new Worcester-Bosch one went smoothly. Following an emergency with our boiler ceasing to work leaving us without heating and hot water, Steve managed to come the same day and identify the problem, obtain a replacement part, fit it and get the boiler working again straight away. Had a new radiator fitted as a replacement for one which must have been at least 25 years old. The new one looks lovely and Steven was very pleasant and professional. He is also an expert with Worcester boilers and he fitted in looking at my boiler which seemed to be leaking. I can’t recommend Carters Heating Services enough. We had bought a house with an internal oil boiler that had been condemned before we got the keys. We used the need to change the boiler as a good time to see if it could be moved outside to free up space inside. Steven gave us really good advice and we were happy to take up his recommendations. Throughout the order Fiona kept us up-to-date with everything. Despite having to reschedule at the last minute, the installation was still completed on time and to an extremely high specification.
