What do you love most about your job?
Running our own family orientated business is exhilarating and enables us to be agile and able to react quickly to satisfy our customers needs.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Having worked for large organisations for most of my career, I always dreamed of owning my own business but never quite plucked up the courage to do it. The thought of a family orientated business with a true focus on people and doing things right appealed so much that I reached a stage where if I didn't do it I never would. Therefore, Carter Travel Co was set up and I absolutely love it!!
