I recently purchased my Audi Q3 from Atif at Carerra Specialist Cars. The car is absolutely fantastic. One of the best customer service you'll ever find. I picked up a very rare edition of the Nissan 370Z from here which are very hard to source around the UK. Excellent customer service from date of purchase to even a month later. I was very frustrated with a fault I found after purchase and was not happy at all. However, this was immediately rectified by Asim, no hassle whatsoever and very trustworthy. He immediately booked the vehicle in for repair at the Nissan Dealer nearest to me and ensured the problem was resolved as soon as possible and that the car was absolutely fault free. It was a pleasure to deal with Asim at Carrera Specialist Cars. They had exactly the car I wanted and as they were 350 miles from me Asim was happy to organise for a local Volvo specialist to inspect the car for me and then to hold the car for a couple of weeks whilst i organised travel to pick it up. The inspection found a couple of minor faults which Asim had fixed there and then without question. To top it off as well as picking me up from the station when i came to collect the car I even got a text that evening to check i'd got home and enjoyed the drive. Well, I bought my 5th car this week from Asim @ Carerra Specialist Cars.
Being a car salesman myself, I was slightly hesitant about buying from another dealer as such, but due to their incredible stock, and the unparalleled condition of their vehicles I thought let's have a look at least.
Upon arriving into the showroom I was welcomed in, even though i hadnt provisionally booked a recommended appointment, and from the minute I set my eyes on their vehicles, I knew I was going to buy it, or at least one of them.

Unfortunately I came up against of alot of personal moving objects during the deal as I had just written my previous car off, but Asim could not have been any more understanding, which is rare in the car game.
He completely supported me, and even went out his way to help me during the full process inside and out.
Upon collection of my car (after a long time of hurdles etc etc) the condition it was presented to me in was second to none, you'd be forgiven if you thought it was a brand new car, and that's not an exaggeration.

I just want to thank the guys at Carrera for their incredible service, the incredible car I purchased (Audi S3 with terrifying options o may add) and the phenomenal deal presented to me.

All the best to the guys there, and of you are considering buying a car, please just call and these guys will look after you where possible, believe me, their stock and service is TOTALLY worth the travel.

Amazing service by the guys at Carrera Specialist Cars. I had the deal done in about the same time it will take me to write this review. I wanted a car with a certain spec and they had it available for me and took care of everything for me inc my private plate transfer etc. The car was in great condition and the spec was even better than expected. They made sure it suited all my needs and looked after me throughout the process and collected me from my work to drop me off to the garage once the car was ready and even gave me 2 courtesy calls after the deal was done to make sure all was ok. I feel I need to add to the glowing praise that Carrera Cars seem to be collecting. I have just bought a Boxster S 987 from Attif and Asim and the whole experience was a pleasure from start to finish. Living 200 miles away was always going to be an issue but Attif talked me through the car in an enthusiastic way. I was given copies of the service history and invited to contact whoever I needed to confirm that the car was exactly as described. The car was thoroughly checked at the Porsche specialists and was then delivered to my door, clean and with a further invitation to check it all out again. Car dealers are not known for their trustful nature, perhaps more should take a look at how these guys operate, it was evident from the start that customer satisfaction is their top priority. Sold my car to Asim, nice chap and very pleasant experience dealing with him. Asim has an excellent knowledge and great enthusiasm for the vehicles he specialises in. With none of the other negative attributes usually associated with car sales personnel. He gave me a very fair price for my car which reflected the high level of extras on the vehicle. My dealings prior to this with the national car buying chains were completely the opposite to this i.e. minimum book value and no reflection of the actual specification. These guys are different class. Genuine service with the customers best interest at heart. Would highly recommend.Was looking to get rid of my car for something similiar in an attempt to save some cash and stumbled across an ad for a tidy BMW which Carrera Specialist Cars had in stock. I quickly arranged a test drive due to the spec the car had compared to others I'd seen online. Due to the interest the car was generating however, the appointment was rearranged at very short notice, which the guys were extremely accommodating with, despite it being after hours. The guys were very welcoming upon arrival, with the car being prepped and ready for viewing/driving. As the ad had accurately stated, the car was immaculate both inside and out. Both Asim and Atif were extremely knowledgeable about the car and were more than capable of answering all the questions I threw at them. The test drive itself was longer than i was expecting, compared to ones I'd had in the past, so had plenty time to get a right good feel for the car. Being clearly smitten by the car, back at the garage the guys really outdone themselves in terms of service and really went out their way to try and find a way out of my then sticky deal, in a way that worked for both parties. A superb experience at Carrera Cars with Asim and Attif. My first purchase through Carrera and I will definitely recommend them to everyone who is looking to buy a car whether it be one Carrera have in stock or looking to source a particular make/model. The guys really know there cars and after one phone call it was clear to me that they have a passion in what they do and were confident in finding me my new car.
