I have had my carpets cleaned today by the Carpet guru I live in a rented property and it has creme carpets throughout and after 6 months of lockdown they needed a good freshen up however I wasn't expecting them to look completely brand new , I'm amazed thankyou so much Carpet Guru 10 /10

My usual carpet cleaner (who I’ve used for a long time) decided he wanted to have an early finish and get home - so he cancelled my appointment because I couldn’t meet his demand to move it forward a few hours with short notice. With a baby and young child I was being faced with the inconvenience of having to move the living room furniture back to where it belonged if I couldn’t find another person to do the job. I rang 15 carpet cleaners to get my carpet and hallway cleaned, all of which refused to come out on a Sunday or were fully booked. I was furious but when I got through to Peter, he felt sorry for me and even though he wasn’t working, he agreed to come do my carpets with less than 1.5 hours notice. The level of work put into the process of cleaning the carpets was insane and I was disgusted with what came out of them. Highly professional and overall service was second to none. My carpets are now like new again. I won’t go to anyone else going forward. He done a much better job than my usually carper cleaner as well. Quick and efficient came today after only speaking to him last minute on thurs evening. Carpet has came up beautiful. Very friendly polite guy would definitely recommend and use again.
