A job well done. Only one thought to share namely that the quote should be given after viewing the job and not on description/discussion over the phone lest there is a disagreement on any point. The only problem was that I was quoted 100 pounds and was charged 150, despite ai had mentioned that ai have a dog and carpet has stains.

Thanks a lot ! We give estimate of quote on the phone which 99% percent not change during servey. But 1% chances to change, if the carpet is very dirty with hairs and stains. Than we need to spray first and hoover to remove the hairs. After wash the carpet with hot water and cleaners and dry it with 400psi vacum. We do the quality job. We have 100% Satisfaction rate on Google,Facebook and nextdoor. Thank you madam
