Speechlessly professional, polite and hard working staff. We hired this company to carry out clean in our newly built 20 properties in Guildford Surrey, 10 of you arrived and finished the whole lot in just a day. Your service was amazing. Attitude, support. Proud to recommend other construction companies! More...

Bought a carpet cleaning deal for Cactus Carpet cleaning on Social Shopper, which I used recently.  Turned out the guy booked a two hour time slot (11:00 - 1:00), called to confirm that morning (about 9:00), then showed up 45 minutes late (meaning he'd already missed 37. 5% of his appointment time)!  Then spent 10 minutes "reviewing" the space I wanted cleaned, arguing about the square footage being in excess of what they would do.  I had to get out a tape measurer to prove it was about 30% LESS space than their maximum allowed.  Then he refused to do a tiny 10' x 10' den we wanted done, because he considered our rec room to be TWO rooms, rather than ONE - even though it was one room and the total space was far less than their max. Then he proceeded to tell me I'd have to pay extra if I wanted the "stains" removed.  This after I'd spent 1/2 a day moving furniture so that the carpets could be cleaned in al 4 rooms!   I refused to pay the "extra" to get the stains removed and suggested he do the best he could with what was included in the purchase agreement for his services.  An hour after he'd arrived he was in my driveway loading up his stuff, so all-in-all he spent about 40 minutes "cleaning" my carpets.  As you might expect, the result was not what I'd hoped for OR what I PAID for.  I'd considered running over to Home Depot to rent a steam cleaner while all the furniture was out of the way, but it was simply too much for this over-50 client.  Would stay away from this company and watch the owner.  I suspect he's the type who will shut down under this name and open under another next week. The person who was assigned to do the job was trying to trick me regarding the scheduled time. Guy said service would be done between 11am and 1pm. Done means DONE! Not supposed to start at 1pm. Unprofessional. More...

Hello - We have hired their professional end of tenancy cleaning services along with professional carpet cleaning and upholstery cleaning as well removal services. The guys were really quick to answer our emails, very polite to speak with and they even arrived on time, did a great job which has helped us claim our deposit. We were so happy that we have also used their cleaning services in the property we moved in, and are also using their regular cleaning services twice a week in our property. We are very happy indeed and trust them and believe, they are the most trusted cleaning company, i would not hesitate to recommend my family, friends and colleagues. Thanks for a great professional move out cleaning services. Atiq Ur-Rehman More...

Positively the most UNPROFESSIONAL experience I've ever had! DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!! I booked a carpet cleaning before the expiry date of the Dealfind Voucher. At the time of the booking I said that I had a Dealfind voucher and I gave him the voucher number over the phone. The first thing the guys says when he comes to clean the carpet is that it's expired and he won't honour the voucher. The guy wanted to charge an extra $75 for the service. There was much discussion, argument back and forth, he tried to tell me it was my responsibility to say that the voucher was expiring when I booked the service, he tried to say that I didn't call to book the service before the expiry date. I still have the log of the call on my phone and he should too. He grumbled under his breath that I lied and I wasted his time. The voucher was for 4 rooms and a hallway. He spent 15 mins cleaning 2 rooms and left without saying anything. So tell me this - if I was at all in the wrong, why wouldn't he flat out refuse to provide the service? I've since looked online and found that this company has several social media coupons on the go. Scam to collect money on unused vouchers? Just beware...the seemingly good deal is not worth it in the end. Save yourself the aggravation and use a real carpet cleaning business. More...

I got a SocialShopper deal for carpet cleaning and booked an appointment. I was told that the cleaner would come between 1 and 3pm, so I scheduled my entire day around that time. I was surprised when the owner called at 11 am to see if I was home because his employee was ready to come. I told him that we scheduled the entire day around what he told me, but he said that the latest the guy could come was at noon because he claimed he told me on the phone that they would come between 12 and 2 pm. This was despite the fact that I called a couple of days ahead to confirm the time and he said between 1 and 3 pm!  Thankfully I was able to make it back to my apartment on time. Anyway, the guy who came (who was not the owner) was pretty fast and took around 30 minutes to clean around 700 square feet.  Our carpet was brown and we didn't have any major stains so clean up, so I'm not the best person to comment on how well they actually cleaned - we only had clean the carpet as we were moving out and had to prove that we cleaned the carpet. I probably wouldn't go with these guys again unless I had another coupon. More...
