We have used them for nine years and I consider them miracle workers. We have beige carpet on two floors that cannot avoid getting dirty. We also had a lovely Labrador who, as she aged, was frequently incontinent and also vomited a lot. And, my children have had parties where red wine has been spilled and no one was sober enough to notice until Dad woke up the next morning. I have become very good at cleaning up instant messes, but over time the carpet inevitably looks like a war zone. After these guys are through, however, it looks like the carpet is brand new, every time. Really, I am shocked at how remarkable is the transformation -- spots I thought would never come out are completely gone, and everything looks fresh and so much cleaner! They are careful, friendly, efficient, reliable, very good value and really know what they're doing. They have advised me on how to take out particular stains when I've called them on the phone. My carpets were grubby and quite old and i was expecting to spend a lot of money on new ones. Rob has bought them all back to life eradicating pretty heavy duty stains which I thought indelible. I used Carpet & Fabric Care for the first time today after my mother’s cat decided to wee all over the bed! After banging my head against the wall continuously in the depths of despair thinking I was gong to have to sell a kidney to buy a new mattress, Carpet & Fabric Care saved the day.
