Caroline is the Mary Poppins of the canine world in our family's opinion. We knew the minute we met her that she was the right person to entrust with the care of our rescue puppy Ruby. She is such a genuinely warm and friendly lady with a passion for the welfare and happiness of our four legged friends. Caroline has really helped us with so many aspects of getting Ruby settled in and also assisted us in instilling some manners on our mad muppet which was no easy feat! She is always on hand for advice and guidance, is incredibly flexible with us and gives Ruby so much love and TLC. We feel very very lucky to have found Caroline and whilst we'd love to keep her a secret just for ourselves (!) we would have no hesitation in recommending Caroline to anyone looking for dog walking, training and help with their hound. Highly recommend Caroline's services! Passionate and knowledgable about training your puppy/dog in the best possible way taking their personality in to primary consideration. No big groups! It's about the dog and their owner and I truly trust that Caroline cares deeply about understanding every dog she comes in to contact with and she won't give up until she's got there!! I stumbled across Caroline by pure chance and I'm so thankful. I'm here to give my whole-hearted approval and highest ratings for Caroline and her Complete Canine Care business. You can just tell that Caroline LOVES dogs and genuinely cares for her clients as if they were her own. She's super friendly, professional and accommodating. I know that when we were on holiday, I felt absolutely content knowing that our dog Scout was being taken care of -- not just walking and feeding, but getting the love and attention that she normally gets from us. Caroline is absolutely fantastic and I can't recommend her enough! I've just recently attended 5 weeks of puppy training with my Cavachon puppy, Arlo. I have really started to see how it is working, Arlo is very easily distracted and so excitable but with Caroline's fantastic advice and support, I feel we are really beginning to get there and Arlo absolutely loves Caroline. Caroline came to our house to help us get to grips with the basics. We also joined in group puppy classes which helped with socialisation etc. .. Caroline is very approachable and kind by nature and we all felt at ease and learned a lot. As my daughter is away at school during the week, Caroline also did sone one on one sessions in the school holidays so that she didn't miss out. Highly recommended. More...

I first contacted Caroline so that we could have a one to one puppy training session and we have now moved on to her Puppy training group classes. I have a 18 week old Cockapoo puppy. Since we have attended Caroline's classes he really has progressed so well and we are able to follow up at home each week what we have learnt from the classes. Caroline is a brilliant trainer and i can't recommend her enough. I started going to Carolines puppy classes with my cocker spaniel puppy � and have now gone on to the foundation class me and belle love Caroline's classes. She covers loads of stuff that u wouldnt even think off but is really helpful. The classes are small which is also really nice. Caroline really knows her stuff and the dogs love her. If you do know anyone who has a puppy I would highly recommend this lovely lady. Caroline is absolutely fantastic and really knows her stuff. Barney has learnt so much from her and so have I. No problem or behavioural issue is too much for Caroline she will find a solution. She is also so so good at teaching kids how to handle dogs which really helped James to adjust to our gorgeous new addition Barney Boo. Thank you so much Caroline xx P.s. Friendly, patient and hugely empathetic coach who goes out of her way to support doggies and their owners. We have used Caroline’s service over the past 6 months, from the day after our puppy came to join our home. Our first session with Caroline was 1:1 at home to help settle our pup in and to give us newbie doggie owners some guidance. Caroline’s support was amazing, going as far as to call me one Friday evening to provide additional support and advise when we’d hit a brick wall and the sleep deprivation was driving us a little loopy. We’ve attended puppy training with Caroline (foundation and advanced) and smaller group classes for loose lead walking. One of the things we like about Caroline’s classes is the size, there are no more than 4 dogs and their owners at any one time. We’re looking forward to joining her forthcoming scent classes. Caroline also helped us out when our pup, then 5 months old, developed a fear of stairs. She spent quite a significant amount of time talking to other coaches/experts and researching how best to help him. After several 1:1 stair sessions with Caroline, he can now happily whizz up and down the stairs. More...
