I am a MBACP Accredited Integrative Psychotherapist and a member of the UKCP with over 20 years of clinical experience within the NHS and my own Private Practice.

I see people from Halesworth, Southwold, Lowestoft, Beccles and surrounding areas

I am approachable and thoughtful, offering a safe non-judgemental and confidential space both physically and psychologically where you can think and make sense of your experiences.

People come to see me for a variety of reasons such as: Abuse, Addiction, Anger, Bullying, Bereavement, Body Image, Confidence issues, Depression, Disordered Eating, Generalised Anxiety, Loss, Low Self-Esteem, Relationship Problems, Hypnotherapy for Smoking, Weight Loss and other issues, Obsessional Behaviours and Trauma.

I offer confidential time-limited counselling as well as open-ended psychotherapy.

Counselling tends to be short-term work from 6 weeks to 6 months, while psychotherapy is medium to long-term 1-2 years being the average.

Together we look at your individual needs and explore what you are seeking and your expectations of therapy.

If you decide we can work together we will arrange a regular time to meet.

I work with individuals, couples and families to help overcome the difficulties and challenges we face in our daily lives that can become overwhelming and affect our relationships with our work or our personal and professional judgements.

I also run Training Workshops and offer Supervision to other therapists and clinicians
