Love love love Carlos workouts boot camps! Carlos is an amazing trainer and pushes you to make you the best version of yourself. It's not just work outs, Carlos helps with your food plan which is key when training. With his programme I feel great and have lost weight. Carlos is a great personal trainer. He helped me achieve my goal to fit into my dream size 10 from size 16. I had weighed 82kgs when I started my training and now I'm 57kgs. Yes, We can provide our services online as we have specific packages for this type of training which is a very effective option.

We use masks, regular anti-bacterial cleaning of hands and our fitness equipment.
All clients must provide negative tests before beginning training to avoid any symptoms of covid spreading.

Services

6 Week transformation
Carlos workouts 6 week plan has been designed to give you all the tools you need to get in the best shape of your life providing you with 30-40 min high intensity workouts aimed towards weight loss and toning. Eating the right food is key which is why we will provide you with easy to make sustainable meal plans to boost your results.

Customised workouts
Before beginning the 6 week plan you will have an initial consultation via video call to cover a fitness test, make sure you know proper technique before starting plan to give you full confidence in beginning your training.

Once initial consultation is complete we will provide a workout schedule you can do from home, gym, outdoors with how to videos in order to perform all exercises properly.

Weekly progress call
The 6 week plan includes weekly calls to help keep you on track to make sure everything is going to plan, not just that if for any reason we may need to make adjustments to your workout or meal plan.
