I am a lady interior painter and decorator and domestic cleaner.
On domestic cleaning I offer a weekly/fortnightly/monthly/one off house clean. Sometimes we all just need a bit of help around the house but do not need someone every week, that is why I offer monthly and one off deep cleans. I also offer an end of tenancy clean. This could be for a landlord who wants a property cleaning ready for a new tenant or a tenant who is moving out and wants the property cleaning so they can (hopefully!) receive their rent bond back from the landlord.
With interior painting and decorating I will meet with you and provide you with a written quotation for labour and materials and an estimate of how long it will take. So the price I quote you is the price you will pay.
