Those guys came in to do full boiler + radiators installation as well as getting rid of the old water heating system we had in our flat. There was probably more work than they anticipated but dealt with it very professionally and ended up getting everything done and working like a charm ! I can't thank these guys enough for the most efficient and professional work they carried out both for my workplace and home. I had some bad experience before I found Capital Plumbers.

Initially I phoned up a couple of other local plumbing companies who have more reviews on Google. However, I was left with the impression after a couple of phone enquires that they were not at all interested in taking the job after they figured out that mine was just a small one. One guy told me that he was jam packed, couldn't fit me in and told me to call who and who,telling them that he referred me to them. The second one said he would come around the following day but never showed up and never answered my phone again.

When I reached out to Capital Plumbers , the gentleman on the phone was very patient and sent his engineer around the following day. The engineer was professional, polite and quick. Excellent service, recommended. Replaced our domestic CH boiler. Company visited the house at short notice to provide a competitive estimate. After a few days to source materials our plumber Brian quickly and efficiently installed a new boiler. Attitude throughout was refreshingly 'can-do' and 'will-do', all aspects of job completed with minimum fuss. Site was left clean and tidy, all materials disposed of. Capital Plumbers were superb when it came to replacing our water tank. They came out and gave a no obligation quote the day we enquired and once we booked them to do the work, it was a quick turn around. The customer service was fantastic, the installation carried out perfectly and the price was the lowest out of the three quotes we received. As our floor below the tank was rotten the job was larger than expected but Capital Plumbers took it in their stride and replaced the floor.
