Very professional and friendly service, from the lady who contacted me to book a date, right down to the guy who cleaned my carpet. I was lucky enough to win the Instagram competition for a free carpet clean for a room of my choice and chose my living room which was stained and looked really dull and I was considering buying a new carpet because I thought it was beyond repair. The guy who came, Rick, was very friendly and helpful and did a fabulous job of bringing my carpet back to life! I've now signed up for a yearly carpet clean to keep my carpets fresh. Today I had my stairs and landing carpet cleaned. Firstly I'd like to mention Simon, the staff member that come to do the job. He was very friendly, polite and very formative. My carpets look and smell amazing! I couldn't of asked for more. The carpet clean is exactly that, a really good clean before the wash. I had just vacuumed before he came and there was so much more that general vacuuming doesn't pick up. Especially if you have pets! I am super happy with the service and I will absolutely book in again for my bedroom carpets in the near future. This companies service comes highly recommend from me. I am astonished by the results and very pleased, in fact I may never cook in it again to keep it looking so good.

The five stars are for Wesley who came promptly and did a superb clean. He was polite and friendly and worked hard the whole time he was with me. It was a pleasure to have him in my home.
However I cannot give even one star for the company. I joined their plan with an oven clean on Nov 2013 expecting the next clean in Nov 2014 but they were a no show. In 2015 I had to phone for my November clean and was told I would be upgraded to Silver to get two cleans in 2016 but these didn't happen so I cancelled my direct debit. Then of course they were in touch straight away and I was offered one of the cleans they owed me. They made the excuse they couldn't get hold of me which these days is ridiculous. I have a land line with an answer phone for when I'm out and I never received a call from Unitec. I also have a mobile phone and email address they could have asked for. It's also very strange that they had no trouble getting hold of me when I cancelled my direct debit!
I can't fault the people who come and clean, they work very hard and have been friendly and polite. And I can't fault the results. Will I use them again? Maybe on my terms - I might phone and get appointment when I feel the oven needs a clean but I would never join a "plan" or pay by direct debit which seems to be money down the drain. More...

Twice I have used Unitec to have my oven cleaned and the first time I thought the end result was just "ok" but having recently used them again I can honestly say my faith has been restored.
Carl came to do my oven this time and was extremely professional and did a brilliant job, literally has it looking like brand new.

Absolutely amazing !!!

Luke is a miracle worker - he has made such a fantastic job of cleaning our cooker. It's a job I'm not keen on and being disabled it's very difficult for me so to be honest he really had his work cut out for him. The results are fabulous.
