Long story short, I would absolutely recommend Canvas Champ UNLESS you need your product in a hurry!I rarely take the time to write a review, but I want to do so now since I was very nervous while waiting for my (late) order but when they finally arrived I was very pleasantly surprised by the quality. I wish I could give them a 4.5, but the shipping speed is really the only issue I have and I ordered at the busiest time of the year, so I decided not to dock them a point for that.I placed an order for 20 canvases of various sizes and thicknesses on November 29th and I just finally received them today on December 28th. My order had said delivery would be by December 21st, so it was 1 week late and I missed the opportunity to give them as Christmas presents. It showed as In Production up until they finally shipped on December 21st (the day they were supposed to arrive). I was nervous after seeing they shipped from India (was not expecting that, nothing on the website indicated). They made it to Tennessee by the 24th and were held in customs for a couple days but then very quickly delivered to my house (upper midwest).I did not pay for any upgrades (except I paid to have about half of my canvases be 1.5" instead of .75" because I will be hanging them with some previously ordered ones that were thicker). I think the print quality looks great and I was surprised by the framing. It's thick, solid wood. These canvases are much heavier/more solid than ones I'd previously bought from a different (more well known) company. Some of the hangers are a bit crooked, but I don't expect that to be a problem.They were packed like Fort Knox. It took me so long to open them all. The cardboard box had been wrapped in cellophane. Then each canvas is also wrapped individually in cellophane with styrofoam to square everything up. I was impressed with the packing. None of my canvases were damaged and I had all the correct sizes/pictures/thicknesses for all 20 of my prints.The website interface was much better than a lot of the competitor sites I had checked out before finally deciding to order from Canvas Champ and there were no surprises when trying. It was also great that you could order any custom dimensions that you want. I took advantage of this - it was one of the main reasons I picked them over competitors.Overall, I would recommend Canvas Champ for anyone that's not in a hurry!! I do think the thinner canvases are good enough and would order those in the future (if I'm making a new display and not adding in to an existing one). More...

I have to admit, I felt a little deceived after ordering to find that my order from a .CO.UK was coming from India. I was also quite apprehensive given all the awful feedback here. I usually check reviews before I place orders.I had ordered a large canvas triptych and got a free/inclusive small canvas with the order. The whole order took 3 weeks (and a day) so they missed their delivery estimate by 1 day; not too bad for the time of year. I can't really argue with the quality, the print is very nice, the actual canvas material looks fine to me and the wrap is nice and tight.The only thing that niggles a bit is the bleed and positioning of the wrap, there's about 3-4mm overprinted onto the white edges but I'm not too fussed about that for my particular print. I ordered 6 canvas prints, after I was sent the preview of my order, I requested some changes (mainly centering of the objects), a day or two later, the preview of the changes was sent, and I gave the go ahead to the order. Wonderful work! These are wood frames and wood backing with canvas over the top. While this might not be everyone's preference, I love it. They are sturdy and feel like more than just a plain canvas which can feel cheap when they are too lightweight. We are re-selling in our art store so I think it's a good thing. Time will tell. I ordered a canvas on July 31, 2019 and the tracking showed it was delivered August 6th. I did not receive my canvas, however, Canvaschamp was very responsive in helping to discover what happened to my order. I also contacted Fed-ex. Fed-ex found my package which was delivered to the incorrect address. CanvasChamp did the right thing and even offered a replacement. After Fed-ex found my package, I did not need the replacement. I am so happy with these canvases. I had about 20 8x8" canvases of my photos from South Africa I wanted to order and needed a discount website to do so. I ordered my favorite 5 before doing the whole set because I was wary of negative reviews. The photos look beautiful, the canvas is great quality in my opinion, and I am so happy I didn't spend the $12.96 per canvas with Walmart. Additionally, I placed my order on July 30th and it arrived in Colorado on August 5th, extremely fast shipping even though I had planned to wait from reviews. We ordered a very large canvas print. Ordering was easy. Print arrived within 5 days. There were some wrinkles on it. I called and was asked to send an email with a pic of the print. I ordered 12 canvases of varying sizes for a fairly substantial photo wall collage. I got my tracking number a week later. That's when I realized for the first time that they were coming from India. I got a little nervous so I started checking reviews on the company. These definitely caused me worry but it was too late to do anything. My tracking number was sent both by email from the company and directly by DHL by text so I thought this was starting better than many of the reviews. It continued to update, and I received the package 5 days later. All in all 12 days from the day I ordered. They all look as expected. I had a couple other canvases already that I had for years that they are being added to. They all look good together. I can't find a way to leave a review on their website, which is annoying. So I will write my review on here.They offer good prices, I wanted a metal print and nowhere else had prices as low in Canada except Costco, but I didn't like the size of the print at Costco. I ordered my print in early November and it arrived today (November 28th). When I ordered it, the date of delivery said the 23rd of November, so I was a bit concerned when it was processing my order for weeks and no sign of delivery. Then I got a tracking number sent to me which is when I discovered that the product was actually from India. I don't have a problem with this, but I expected it to ship from Canada or the US. It arrived via FedEx and was very well packaged. Came in a wooden frame, stuffed with cardboard and foam. There was definitely no risk of it getting bent or damaged. Unfortunately, there is a small scratch at the top of my print, must have happened before shipping. it is small and blends in with the sky in my photo, so I am not too concerned about it, but maybe it should have been caught before it was sent. The print itself is nothing amazing. It looks nice, but it's not that sharp and the whole image has a slight blur. This was a very sharp image on my computer, so I know it wasn't a problem with the photo. The colours are a bit muted. It was a very vibrant photo, but the colours aren't that great, though it might be due to the matte finish. I have printed this photo before so I know it is a problem with their printing. Overall I am okay with it. Under $60 CAD shipped is a pretty good price, I wasn't expecting the best quality, I just wanted something affordable and large without needing a frame. They have good prices, I just wish it didn't take so long. If you are a pro photographer or really want to invest in a quality print, go to a good printer elsewhere. More...

I was looking for an oddly shaped canvas (140cm x 30cm) and everywhere I looked were quoting me over £100 - I then found CanvasChamp and the price there was only £45 with delivery. I uploaded my artwork, chose canvas edge type and positioned the image how I liked. The site said 8-10 business days so I was very surprised to get an Out for Delivery message only 5 days (4 working days) after I had ordered it. It was delivered by DHL not DPD (which their website does say they use in their footer) but it was quick, efficient and well packed. I carefully opened the many layers of wrapping and the box to find a very nicely made, tightly hung canvas with a beautiful range of colours and contrast. I'm very happy with the CanvasChamp service and while I didn't look at reviews before I ordered... I would have probably been put off by the negative reviews I had seen - but I am glad I went with them because the canvas is fantastic. Clearly the vocal minority leave the negative reviews not the satisfied majority who order from this site and I thought I'd change that because I am very happy! More...
