About

I am a qualified behaviour practitioner and forensic behaviourist. I work with owners and their dogs to resolve behavioural and emotional related problems. I assess and diagnose each individual dog before formulating a training plan. This enables owners to work through issues and address the root causes.

Dog Walking

We used Canine Care Behaviour to help us with dog-walking our greyhound whilst we were on holiday abroad. Elena was wonderful- I couldn’t have asked for better support . She always replied very promptly to my emails .
We arranged to meet up with her prior to our holiday so she could meet our dog and get to know him.
She is very competent and knowledgeable about sighthounds; I feel that our dog has improved in his behaviour as a result of his daily walks with Elena.
My parents ( who are in their eighties) were also very impressed by her knowledge and expertise.
Many thanks for giving my greyhound wonderful care and attention.

Q&As

It is very satisfying to know that I am helping owners to help their dogs and in doing so stronger bonds are formed and a better understanding develops between the owner and their dog. Ultimately it’s about happier, contented and healthier dogs…..and happier owners.

I enjoy walking dogs as well. It’s a big responsibility to take care of someone else’s treasured canine companion, so safety is always paramount. Every dog that I walk is part of my dog family.

I enjoy the independence of building my own business however I couldn’t do it if I wasn’t passionate and inspired by what I do and dogs are my great passion. With a background in dog rescue I want to genuinely help and improve a dogs life…..make a difference.

My work as a canine behaviour practitioner focuses on natural dog behaviour and I strive to help my clients understand and communicate with their dogs. I don’t look for a quick fix, but work towards lasting change. I am always on hand for advice and encourage owners to stay the course, knowing that they can contact me at anytime. Every dog matters.

I provide on going support through emails, phone calls and text messages to assist owners with a behavioural and training plan.
My initial assessments and consultations are done in person at a clients home or often in a familiar environment for the dog such as a park.

Services

Canine behaviour difficulties, training issues, emotional problems. I work with all breeds of dogs, including rescued and those from over seas.

An individual dog walking service, tailored for each dogs characteristics and breed requirements. My behavioural training allows me to understand dogs and employ both kindness and empathy to each walk.

I am trialing I hour detailed telephone consultation for canine behavioural issues for the month of January. This will be trialed at an introductory price.
