I hoped the review would be positive however, I am afraid I hope other people avoid this company.
From the start very professional and fast to respond.
After deposit and material instalment paid, started to go downhill. Our quotation was on August 2020, just completed October 2022 in what they say is a "completed" garden project(pics attached). Which clearly lacked the professional finish they advertise and say when you get the initial quotation
Many delays and false promises, office staff rude and inexperienced in speaking to customer. No empathy or care for customer. Delays in getting back to customer unless it's about paying an invoice. Which they respond very quickly.
Contacted the company about issues that I was concerned about and highlighted. However, it was completely ignored in the email and just responded asking when is the invoice going to be paid and saying the garden in complete and no further action required.
Despite saying to me they will hire a company the jet wash the garden and driveway as they left a mess, even in my neighbours drive. Which Marc spoke to my neighbour and assured once it's all complete he will have the driveway all cleaned. Now I have to spend money to get the garden repairs and cleaned.
*Damaged garden gate with machinery, said "will be fixed"
*Sleepers not finished off. Gaps and unaligned. Again "will be fixed"
*Different sized gaps all over the patio slabs.
They suggested to install a drainage pipe, before they will carry on the work as they didn't want to affect the work and reputation. This lead to costing another £600 before they will continue work. Drainage pipe they installed wasn't put into the ground deep enough therefore visible on top of the grass. Again, said will be fixed and then Suzanne the office staff, denied they installed it and said the cleaned it up out of courtesy. Which they basically just threw soil on top.
They left 1 tonne of material lying in the garden for months and rubbish at the back of the driveaway since the start in January 2021 when they came out, which they said again. They hire contractors to remove. Eventually removed themselves last week.
All in all, the intension of this review is to let others know what to expect and not go through what we have been through over the past 2 years.

Marc & Adam completely transformed our unloved garden into a beautiful enclosed space giving us the privacy we wanted. Not only is it a pleasure to look at but one we can now spend a lot of time in (weather permitting of course).
We gave them our ideas and they advised what would be better for the space and the end result is absolutely fantastic! Would highly recommend these guys 100%

Marc and Adam fitted a 38m long, 4ft high fence for us on the 23/24 March. All we can say is thank you again and again. You've gave us our privacy and freedom out in the back garden, and my dog can play in her garden now without any problems. We can't believe how quick it was done and the high quality finish. You guys are amazing and are so lovely (and hilarious) it didn't feel like we had strangers in doing the work it was like having friends and family. A fantastic job at improving my back garden - trees were removed (which were blocking the sun when it sometimes comes out! ), the ground was levelled with new paving to improve the flow and a new fence to replace the one that was almost blown over by strong winds. An additional piece of fencing to hide the wheelie bins, which gets them away from under the kitchen window and a bit more out of sight. All work completed on time despite the rain. I Can't recommend cambus-fencing highly enough. We've only been in our house a little over 1year. We were looking forward to having our decking done as our back garden runs on a slope. Little did we know we have a bog, thanks to cambus fencing on raising his concerns about our garden soil. Although the decking has been postponed and been advised to contact our builders to have our drainage sorted. I'm just grateful that cambus fencing are genuine and hard working men who put their customers best interest at heart. They have been very knowledgeable and supportive throughout the situation. New fence was fitted today,great service from start to finish.
Marc came out and gave me a quote and advised me on what would work best.
Had a few issues with the weather as it was raining all week but Marc kept in contact and kept us updated each day.
All the mess and rubbish was removed and they even took away what was left of the old frlence.
Great job and the boys were really nice.

Excellent work carried out by Cambus Fencing putting up a new fence in our back garden. They were extremely easy and pleasant to deal with from getting the initial quote through to completion of the work. 2 workers turned up very prompt in the morning and made quick work of the job, working through pouring rain and completing early afternoon leaving no mess behind. Superb job in January 2018 from the boys at Cambus-Fencing & Garden Maintenance! Had my rotting decking, fence and massively overgrown trees ripped out. Garden levelled with new lawn, patio area and paths, cracking new fence and a big planter built to hide a huge tree stump and act as a bin shelter. Really friendly service with great comms, kept me up to date each step of the way despite the horrendous weather. Marc and Adam are a great team and I would happily recommend them to anyone. My back garden was part muddy bog and part overgrown jungle. They cleared all of that away, took away a huge hedge that was situated in a bizarre area on its own.
They prepared the garden and covered with 2 tonnes of stones. I now have a nice area that can be used as a patio and NO MORE MUD!!! Yeah
I definitely recommend them. Reliable, efficient and hard working...no mess left behind. Good value too. Great job you guys. Look forward to front garden being done next �

Had the guys put up a new fence in my back garden after the winds brought down my old rotting panel fence. The new feathered-edge "proper fence" looks great and is way more solid than the old panel job. It really is beyond my expectations. I will definitely use the boys again for future fence and garden work. Great service, great guys and I highly recommend. Had Marc and his partner out today and they erected my new 6ft slatted fence and gate and also put on kickboards down one side of my fence for me. The guys have done a great job of it I'm so pleased with the work. They cleared away the old fence and answered any questions I had. Great service from start to finish. They popped out within a few days and left us with a full written quote which was valid for 90 days, very reasonably priced and no hard sales.
