After having a bad spell of migraines I booked to have a massage with Alannah on Saturday- to see if it would help. It definitely did! Prior to the massage I had a fuzzy head. Since having it I feel much better. My shoulders feel a lot looser, and I will definitely be returning to get another massage soon.
