I am warm, friendly and can adapt to meet your needs whether it be a different slot each week or a hybrid way of working. Maybe you want a short amount of sessions or would like to take it slow and go at your pace for no set number of sessions, I can accomodate both.

What do you love most about your job?
I love meeting new people and supporting them. I enjoy seeing progress and change in people and being able to give them space to be heard.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I enjoy working with people and I knew I wanted to be able to support them uniquely, by creating my own business means I can work in the way that is best for each person. My company is called Calm Seas because I want to help you find calm in the rocky seas that can be thrown at each of us.

I can work around your needs and I adapt our sessions to suit you. I am friendly and warm and will put you at ease.
I offer discounts to Keyworker staff including: Police, NHS, Education and Social Work. These discounts are for online sessions.

I work online, by phone or face to face. I can do a combination of these if needed too.
