What inspired you to start your own business?
Cally Munchy was birthed through a gap in the market of delicious African food. Ebenezer was a budding young chef that became quite frustrated at the lack of opportunities for young chefs and the under representation of exquisite African cuisine within the industry.
He wanted to create a platform where flavoursome afro-fusion food coupled with immaculate presentation could be enjoyed by all. Further, a space to expose junior chefs to diverse opportunities; hence the birth of Cally Munchy.
