Ruth did the cake for my nieces wedding last week and it was absolutely fabulous! Ruth spent the time to make sure that she fully understood the requirement and this showed in the finished result! She used edible gold leaf as part of the decoration which blended in beautifully with the theme and was a real "wow" factor on the day! I can't thank her enough for all her time and her attention to detail and would not hesitate for one moment to recommend her. Ruth made my daughter a princess castle cake for her 4th birthday as Isabella loves everything princess! It was absolutely fantastic! and better than we imagined!! It looked amazing and also tasted really good too! All the guests commented on how good it was and we had a very happy little girl. Cakes by Ruth made my wifes 40th Birthday cake which was a Breaking Bad TV show design. I told them my ideas for the cake and they made my idea a reality. The cake was so cleverly done. I cannot believe how talented Ruth is. The cake tastes amazing and everyone loved it. I tinkered with my idea a couple of times and it was no problem for Ruth. It was also really nice when I went in to check on progress the day before it was ready and Ruth was showing me the figures she'd created so far and she told me she'd really enjoyed creating the design. Was lucky enough to get to taste a few samples of Ruth's amazing cakes at a wedding fayre - just have to say wow!!!! Every single one was delicious, moist and so mouthwatering!
I love all of the designs too and wouldn't hesitate in ordering any cake for any special occasion. You can tell that Ruth & the team are all passionate about their jobs & put everything into it :)

Cakes by Ruth did our beautiful wedding cake for us! It looked and tasted amazing! The graphic we had asked for on the side of the cake was perfect.
We had sent photos through for the figures on top of the cake (an ironman and a bride) and they were so detailed (even including the lace on my dress and the sparkly comb in my hair!)
