Nikkie made our red velvet wedding cake and an extra 8 gluten free cupcakes also red velvet and we loved every crumb of it! We couldn't stop ourselves and finished the small leftover piece the day after instead of freezing it. Nikkie was fantastic during the whole process and I had no worries about the cake at all. We cannot recommend Nikkie enough! The whole process from start to finish was just easy and the cake was the best we have ever had. My partner and I got married 18th August and Nikkie made an amazing 2 tier cake as well as salted caramel cookies which we used as wedding favours on the tables. The bottom tier was lemon and the top tier was white chocolate and raspberry. Full buttercream on both. All of the cake got eaten which was fantastic (luckily we managed to put a bit aside for ourselves earlier on in the evening!). The cake had a lovely topper and beautiful decorations. We placed an order with Nikkie as my mums friend highly recommended her. My sister also placed an order with Nikkie for her wedding cake last year which is why we ordered from her as well. What inspired you to start your own business?
Other companies pricing. When looking for our own wedding cake we found some prices were way over the top, and we couldn’t justify paying them.
Why should our clients choose you?
I would prefer that customers come to that decision themselves, I’m happy to help in any way but I won’t blow my own trumpet so to speak!
Set up and delivery
When purchasing a wedding cake from us, we offer a set up and delivery service IF this is required. If you choose to collect, this will be at a time to suit you.
