I can't praise Emma highly enough for the fantastic diamond shaped cake she made for my mum and dad's diamond wedding celebrations. She interpreted what we discussed perfectly and produced a brilliant cake which looked and tasted fabulous. Emma was extremely helpful; throughout the process of ordering the cake and specifying the type of decorations. We wanted special toppers of the groom in a soldiers uniform with the bride and she took trouble to make an accurate copy of the uniform from the photos we provided. We were able to choose all the other details such as the colour of the ribbons, the type of piping and the type of stand. All emails and enquiries were answered promptly and efficiently. I have attended two courses so far, Basic Sugarpaste cake in January followed by a class on cake toppers and decoration in February, both of which were most enjoyable in a very relaxed atmosphere. We were able to produce daffodils & roses, also some very unusual ideas for individual cakes. We also benefited from an exchange of ideas in these groups. Emma at Cakes 2 Enjoy made our wedding cake in 2010. The cake was outstanding -the plain sponge, fruit and chocolate layers were all genuinely the best I have ever tasted and the perfect texture. What made Emma's service even more outstanding was that she got the cake to us on the snowiest day of the year (December 18th, 2010) in horrendous driving conditions. The UK had practically shut down, Heathrow was like a campsite, we thought we might have to cancel the wedding and one family member failed to attempt the journey from Swindon to Castle Combe. Emma did, though, and much to our surprise while I had to do my own hair and make up and we had half a band and no Welsh male voice choir we DID have our beautiful cake! More...

So far I have been on 4 Cake courses run by Cakes2Enjoy and I have learnt so much. She is very knowledgable about all aspects of cake making and decorating. The courses were only a fraction of the cost you see advertised online and in larger shops. I've made some lovely cakes and decoartions and it really helped me in being able to confidently make amazing cakes for my family. I booked a late wedding due to health issues and had 11 weeks start to finish. A friend was going to do the cake but when I went to a wedding fayre I fell in love with Emma's cake. The flowers between the tiers looked lovely, the sponge moist both chocolate and vanilla, and it was all set up and ready for the reception. Couldn't fault it in any way!!
