James contacted me within an hour of my post for an engineer to look at our ancient broken boiler. He came out at a time to suit me, clearly explained all options and emailed very reasonable quotes to me right away. The new boiler was fitted quickly and efficiently by James and apprentice Dylan, they registered it's warranty for me and all mess was removed. What do you love most about your job?
Providing affordable heating solutions and seeing the smile on my customers faces.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I became a Gas Engineer straight after leaving school worked for 15 years. I then had a 6 year sabbatical where I joined the British Army, returning to the Gas Industry in 2016. When returned home I sensed an opportunity to create a company that would not only provide a first class service but would be able to help the community at the same time.
