After paying for two doors, on 15th may, we finally got them fitted yesterday 19th July, Not to impressed the way Smith's dealt with it, but have to say the fitter they found for us called Maurice was great, after another fitter called Geoff Smith let us down, guess as he was an old guy he could afford to pick his jobs, and mine wasn't one of the easiest, well done Maurice

Purchased 6 oak doors and fittings dealt with proffesionaly in which was a very busy place good knowledge of product was shown doors of similar quality at cheaper price given time to make up our minds no pressure from sales person fitted on time also good warranty on doors as well all in all very happy

Gentlemen in shop was fantastic! However the fitter made an appalling job of the fitting we have since realised when handle came off in our hand! ! It turns out no through bolts fitted on any of the 4 doors we had! Would not recommend as we have been in shop to complain and they assured us the fitter would be in touch however no one has made contact at all!!!! The door is also splitting due to the terrible job he made!! If you do buy doors from here DO NOT use their “recommended” fitters! Appalling customer service! I certainly will not recommend now.
