Prior to Christmas we decided we needed our outbuildings removing as the roofs were no longer preventing water ingress and hence less use than a shed for storage. The outbuildings were constructed 1940/1950 and the roof was a 6" concrete slab attached to the rear house of the house. When I identified C&C as a potential candidate to do the work, I checked evidence of his previous work and saw he had completed a similar job before. After making contact with Craig, he attended promptly and at my convenience to quote for the job. He highlighted the potential hazards with completing the work and reassured us he was experienced and explained how he would complete the works to mitigate the hazards. He was very friendly, provided a clear explanation of the work he would be completing and provided a very competitive quote. Craig provided a date and time they could start and estimated duration of works. They arrived on time and were polite and considerate at all times. The work was completed safely and efficiently and the area was left cleaner than when they had started. They removed all building waste along with a few extras and completed ahead of schedule after working hard for the time with us. I could ask no more of them and would recommend them to anyone.
