Why is it so important for businesses to hire a great accountant?
Great accountants don't just provide accounts, they provide an understanding of the accounts. They will alert you to potential problems, not just in accounts but in other areas such as not taking credit notes from suppliers, remembering to chase debtors on a regular basis. They can also provide you with analysis of the work you do, which months do you trade most> Are there any seasonal variations?

What do you love most about your job?
I love numbers and the way that you can use numbers to understand different things is great.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I've been thinking about it for a long time but I wasn't able to start using my highest qualification, some rules have recently changed and as I was recently made redundant it seemed to be the perfect time.
