We used Pavlos to paint the house we recently moved into. When I contacted him I explained that it was a big house that needed to be painted and he even came to assess whether he was capable of doing the job. He assured us that he had 30 years painting experience and he would be able to take on the job and deliver quality. Much to our disappointment Pavlos was unprofessional and didn’t take any pride in his work. The quality of the work is sub par and you can see the mistakes he made with paint seeping through from the walls to ceiling even though he used masking tape! You can see areas that are unevenly painted and the overall finish was disappointing.

He also didn’t bother to cover up and protect our items from paint. He coated all our blinds with paint and we had to use harsh chemicals to get the paint off which left scratch marks on the blinds. These are floor to ceiling blinds which are expensive! He poured coffee on our grey carpet and I told him to leave it to me to get out the coffee stain but he insisted on cleaning it, he then called some young boys we had never met before to clean the coffee but they ended up spilling detergent on the carpet and making things even worse! Our office printer was covered in specs of paint which took a long time to clean. I don’t like writing negative reviews but my experience using Pavlos was just so terrible and stressful I want to warn anyone considering him to avoid!

It’s so unfortunate that we paid him so much and we weren’t happy with the way he even responded to our issues, he made no effort to rectify things and he too way longer to complete the work than he had original said. More...

I hired Gregory Ltd to paint 3 rooms all the doors,10, and the bannisters, I have 2 flights of stairs in the house. Pavlos came to view the house and made an offer, he’s really affordable compared to the other painters I’ve spoken to. He did a great job, explained every step of the way and I so happy with the final result. He works by himself but he works very professionally.
