Anthony is probably the most genuine kind, take no rubbish person I’ve ever met. He’s given us countless amounts of time, patience, resources, responses (I have messaged him a LOT! ). He’s always straight to the point and extremely kind and caring in his work, to the point that he’s trying to get along with my very shy nearly 2 year old daughter who is at every session we have. It goes a long way to have manners, empathy, a kind soul and be very knowledgable about the breed of dog he is training, and Anthony does all of that with ease. I cannot thank Anthony enough for his advice and patience with my Rocco. We adopted Rocco and he was reactive towards other dogs and I lost all confidence in how to deal with this. Our walks were no longer enjoyable as I was becoming anxious. Anthony picked apart what the root issues were and gave some suggestions what to practice. And what an incredible difference it has made. Anthony is an amazing trainer and has helped us so much with our VERY bouncy excitable cocker spaniel pup. Regular training to fit round our routine and helpful between sessions too. He is honest about what to expect too, with no false promises that what he says will work straight away but if you listen and do what he has said then it gets easier over time. I'd recommend Anthony particularly anyone with young children. Ella has gained so much confidence from being around Margot just by following the advice and guidance that Anthony provided. It was also delivered in such a way she has thoroughly enjoyed participating in the sessions. We have a rescue dog who's 5 years old. We feel the knowledge and training passed onto us has been invaluable in building the trust with our beloved dog Margot and every day she is more and more comfortable. If only I had found Buttons and Leash sooner! My 7 month old Labrador was more than handful and I was at my wits end in tears when I first contacted Anthony. He took us right back to basics and helped build my confidence and my relationship with my dog and then got us on track with training. He is a trainer who understands dogs, will be on your dog's side and will be straight with you on how to get improvement. Training is still ongoing but the progress we have made with Anthony's help is incredible, I never thought we would get so far.
