Having been in education for over 30 years, teaching classical guitar, I am fully aware of how stress and anxiety can block our hopes and dreams.

I do all sessions online now, which work really well and I find people are relaxed as it’s in their own home.

Online sesssions work really well and has the added advantage of people suffering from anxiety of going out means they can have get help in the comfort of their own homes.
