What do you love most about your job?
I enjoy helping my clients with their understanding of various aspects of their pay and seeing a process completed from start to finish.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The company I last worked for decided to withdraw their payroll outsourcing service and as I enjoyed my job, I decided to start my own business and the employer's existing client base all moved their payroll to me. I enjoy working for myself as it allows me to fit work around my family life.
Why should our clients choose you?
I am friendly, hard-working and efficient whilst fostering a good working relationship with all my clients and as a result, I often receive new business from client referrals. The reviews for my business are from existing clients and I don't have social media accounts as I prefer to focus on my core business.
Payroll
Processing of payrolls, including SMP, SSP, bonuses, commissions, overtime, salaries or hourly paid staff, plus processing of pension contributions.
All payroll reports sent via secure email to clients, detailing gross to net, pension contributions and amounts due to HMRC.
Able to assist with salary calculations for term-time only workers and holiday for zero-hours workers.
Automatic Enrolment for Pensions
Depending on the service level chosen, we can enrol your workers in to your pension scheme, process opt-outs/leavers from your scheme and upload pension contributions on your behalf.
Assistance with completion of Re-Declaration of Compliance can be provided.
