What do you love most about your job?
I love supporting individuals to reach their full potential in work, business and personally. I believe you should go to work and love what you do. I love helping individuals realise their full potential and help develop confidence, to be the best they can be.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was a Senior Manager in a large logistics company for 7 years, and then I opened my own manufacturing and retail business. During these work experiences, I developed a passion for supporting and developing my employees to achieve the best they can. I decided to become a business coach as I want to help as many people as possible develop themselves and their businesses.
Why should our clients choose you?
I have industrial experience and also experience owning my own business and I understand the stresses (first-hand) of being a line manager and a business owner. My practices strongly focus on goal setting and action planning. I help each client identify a clear action plan to progress forward within their business and / or their role as a manager.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I offer online business coaching.
The location that I work in is regularly sanitised and I am happy to wear a face covering, if preferred.
1-2-1 Business Coaching - One Session
This is an introductory session, highlighting key aspects of your business and areas of concern that you would like to discuss.
I will encourage you to stop, think and re-assess your next steps in the business.
These can be booked as a one-off session or whenever you require a quick refresh and re-focus.
1-2-1 Business Coaching Package
These sessions are individually tailored to you and your business.
The package contains x10 1-2-1 business coaching sessions. Together we will establish how you would like yourself and the business to grow.
During your first few sessions we will establish the key foundations within your business. We will review what you want to achieve from our sessions, set short-term and long-term goals, and start to develop actions to achieve these goals.
Each session will be tailored to you and your business, so your goals and actions may change as we progress through the sessions.
The key aim is for you to gain clarity and focus on how you move your business forward.
