This company is brilliant - they rescued us when RAC let us down Alex was the only person I spoke to on the phone (several times - sorry Alex) during our 15 hour ordeal that had any compassion for our situation - Luke drove us back to Shropshire the early hours of the morning extremely well - we are very grateful to you - hopefully we won't need you again but I would never bother with the RAC again - I will keep your number in my phone - just in case - HUGE thank you - you're doing a great job! Excellent service.We recently moved our office premises, within the Wolverhampton area and, having used Burke Bros on a previous occasion, knew our removers of choice. The process was again, seamless from start to finish. The men arrived at the stated time and were very professional. All of our items were delivered with care and attention and the bonus for us was that we didn't have to empty filing cabinets, as these were moved complete, thus cutting down on time for us. Do not touch with a barge pole. Boxes go missing with valuable items inside , no customer service they are not interested once they get your money. Your goods will be loaded with other people's!!
