I can provide plans, elevations and 3D models in AutoCAD, Revit or SketchUp as a separate service to my interior design service, or as part of the design service.

I can provide a feasibility study to ascertain if a project is viable to go ahead.

If business case financial modelling, strategy, estate rationalisation and consolidation to improve the efficiency of assets, save costs and achieve carbon targets is required I can work with my business collaborators to provide this.

My service includes development of design brief to ensure our desired project outcomes are captured including spatial, sustainable and quality objectives. Simple test fit plans can be provided to establish if space is sufficient for your needs, and initial design ideas. This information can be presented to you in a full feasibility report.

I can work with you to provide a wide range of design ideas and solutions and communicate these via mood boards, sample boards, sketches, 3D models, plans and elevations. Outline specifications and a project programme can be included along with the concept design, presented to you in a RIBA Stage 2 report. I will take into consideration all factors such as constraints of the building, the developed design strategy and the function and utility of the space. Furniture, fixtures and equipment (FF&E), artwork, graphic design, wayfinding, lighting and audio visual strategy is conceived holistically at this stage.

I can offer 3D visualisation services, modelling designs in Revit or SketchUp as well as photo realistic images or hand sketches to capture and communicate concepts and precise design intent.

I would coordinate the design with structural engineers, service engineers, acousticians, health and safety advisers, system providers, suppliers and furniture fabricators to develop any bespoke furniture designs required.

The design would be developed to comply with building regulations and align with the project programme, cost plan and project strategies. I would also consult with building control and planning as required.

I would prepare and coordinate the construction information required to tender the interior project, including technical drawings such as plans, elevations, details, schedules and specifications.

During the construction phase of a project I would visit site regularly to inspects the quality of the installation, monitors progress on site and answers site queries.
