I started personal training with Beth 3 months ago. I’ve always exercised but had lost motivation and had stopped seeing any improvements for some time. My goal when I first met Beth was to gain muscle definition and improve my nutrition. Not only has she done that but as a result I’ve also improved my posture which has meant I’ve not suffered with knots in my shoulders and I’ve managed to get my 5km run time down without really trying!! The programmes Beth gives me are challenging but realistic and they fit well around my busy family life. I have fun training with Beth, she motivates me and is always happy to give me sound advice, I highly recommend built by Beth. More...

Beth's sessions throughout the lockdown have been amazing for keeping me in shape. Each workout is varied, covering strength and stamina with easier and harder options. Some great playlists too :)

Love Beth’s workouts! Beth offers lots of variety with her classes, strength focused with low impact options which is great if you have knee or other joint trouble. I noticed a difference in my arm strength after only a few classes. It’s great to have the extra motivation to work out home too.... also superb playlists! More...

I've been working with Beth since September and I couldn't be happier. My shape has completely changed and I feel slimmer and fitter than ever. Although I have worked out for year, I didn't really know what I was doing. Beth gave me a fitness plan that fits in with my time table as well as healthy diet too. She checks in with me regularly to make sure I'm okay and helps me get through the highs and lows of training. I recommend her highly if you want to get fit and healthy in the long term. More...

I've always enjoyed exercising in many forms but Beth has shown me how and why to train and work out certain muscles and also help with my nutrition and intake. For the first time I am seeing real lasting results and I don't feel like I am starving or punishing my body along the way. My fitness plan Beth created for me fits in with my lifestyle which is busy!! Thanks to Beth I am getting lots of compliments and I am feeling a lot stronger than ever. This feels like something that is manageable and is creating a positive, healthy change. It's great going to the gym knowing what you're doing, how to do it and gradually seeing improvements. Beth has helped me gain confidence going to the gym and pushing myself when perhaps I doubt it. It feels like Beth is always thinking about how to help and planning new and exciting workouts.
