How can someone tell if their loft is suitable for conversion?
Providing the measurement between the underside of ridge beam and top of the existing floor is at or around 2 meters we should be able to make your loft conversion work. Please get in touch for more detailed advice and a free feasibility assessment.
Run us through the different stages in the loft conversion process - what’s involved?
The first stage is to get the planning and approvals in place, including the Party Wall process which is an important aspect of Loft Conversions.
In terms of the Build process, loft conversions are relatively straightforward. We introduce the structural steel floor deck. Form the new floor deck. Undertake the necessary remodeling works to the roof, insert the roof lights, construct the rear facing dormer and then commence the fit out!
