NONE OF YOUR QUESTIONS ARE RELEVANT AT THIS STAGE. I HAVE HAD A VERY SATISFACTORY MEETING WITH BUBBLES AND THEY HAVE AGREED TO SUBMIT A PLAN AND AN ESTIMATE SO I CANNOT SAY IF THEY ARE GOOD OR BAD, CHEAP OR EXPENSIVE. NOTHING HAS HAPPENED YET
