How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
Firstly, it is important to discuss the client's baseline activity levels and health and fitness goals in detail during the (free) 30 minute initial consultation. From this information I compile a detailed, completely bespoke fitness plan that includes weekly routines of personalised workouts, data input sheets for progressions and measurements, and general tips and advice for staying fit and healthy. Clients are asked to report back certain measures relating to their goals and these are discussed weekly to ensure they are on track and accountable. Throughout the programme, the client will receive a variety of motivational material including voice notes, texts and videos.

Dedication, diet and physical activity (in that order). I would be happy to help with this.

Honestly - I get better results when I do things my way. I don't like being limited by working for someone else.

Yes, I build online personal training programmes and offer physiotherapy assessments and follow ups remotely. A typical online format would be a training programme with 24/7 access to tips, advice, motivation and accountability, with a few virtual exercise sessions thrown in to help you on your health and fitness journey. These can be done over the phone or via a virtual platform. Contact me for more info!
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I can wear full PPE including apron, mask and gloves should the client prefer this. I wipe down all equipment before and after use and remain diligent in infection control measures.
