We found Ben after we had been ignored by our previous electrician and been quoted an unrealistic price by another. Ben was like a breath of fresh air when he came to appraise the job, which was to install new kitchen lights. We agreed on what was to be done, how long it would take and how much it would cost. Amazing, friendly and professional service. I originally had them do a survey on a property I was buying and based on the results now had them in for rewire, while they were at my place I asked for an additional socket outside and 2 inside and they fitted this in despite their busy schedule. Called Ben (BS Electrical) as needed an ECIR Report completed quickly, he came out the very next day. He kept me informed of the checks he was making and also his findings throughout the inspection. He was so friendly and efficient and made me feel at ease, which was very important as I had previously had an electrician visit who was rude and over quoted for some electrical works (they are out there, be careful). At the end of the visit Ben took the time to update me on the essential works which needed to be completed along with an estimated cost. This was then confirmed in an emailed written quote the very same day.
