What do you love most about your job?
The reason why I work as self employed is the flexibility it gives me to work and manage my time around my family time. Understanding the corporate nature of businesses and the expectation of doing what you need to do in a 9 to 5 aspect is quickly moving into a more agile state and actually for most people I know generates excitement and a commitment to perform better and also more creatively as its the opportunities that arise to define the life for that person - not sitting at a desk between 9 to 5 dreaming of what it could be.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I love to work, but I also love looking after my family and extended family. I have found it enlightening to start my own business and always used to think - that's what someone else does! Now I can't think of anything better and think that everyone should be able to recognise that you can achieve anything. With the right mindset and coaching.
Why should our clients choose you?
If they are looking for someone with experience in both corporate and in home businesses, with a well rounded view then I am your person. If you want someone to do it for you then I am probably not the person for you as it takes commitment from in you to manage a business in the time required to run a business.
