I am a 43 years old woman who started running as a beginner during the covid era and has no previous exercise history. I have a hernia disc in my lower spine. I was always afraid to exercise because of my hernia. Everything changed after I met and started exercising with Bryce. He opened a new and fresh page in my life. Now I feel much stronger, healthier and happier. We are also working on how do I run better. 6 weeks ago my pace was 5'40"/km and now it's 4'56"/km. I'm flying! Thank you so much Bryce!

What can I say? Bryce is simply fantastic! I know he can adapt to a lot of different training styles and has been really accommodating in my specific requirements (time-limited, outdoors, equipment light) and variable timings. Worked with Bryce for the last 5 months. Helped in me so many ways. Couldn't do a pull up and barely a push up. Went from zero fitness levels to actually being happy with where I am now. Q&As

I start by conducting a thorough consultation in order to learn about you and your goals. This includes questions about your training history, past injuries and a physical competency analysis to better understand what stage you are currently at physically. I then write a personalised programme which can be adapted to any new information I get from ongoing sessions.

If you want to get the body of your dreams you’re going to have to work hard for a sustained period of time. As well as this you will need to work smart, which is where I can help you to understand how you can achieve this.

I enjoy seeing my client’s physical progression as well as the improvements in their mental toughness and confidence. By my clients obtaining these things I know I will have made a positive impact on the rest of their life.

My inspiration came from a genuine interest in fitness as well as the challenge of solving the unique puzzle that is each client.

Having competed in sport at an international level, I know how to balance many commitments whilst maintaining high rates of physical progression. Also, I know the importance of and methods of how to overcome many psychological barriers such as lack of motivation and fear.

I can provide online coaching which includes personalised session plans, video feedback as well as regular check ins to make sure you’re on track with your training.

I offer personal training in an outdoor setting and make sure all of my equipment is cleaned before use. I also regularly take lateral flow tests and am willing to wear a mask if a client prefers this.

I can answer nutritional/diet queries and give advice on diet changes that will aid your fitness journey.
