How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I start by conducting a thorough consultation in order to learn about you and your goals. This includes questions about your training history, past injuries and a physical competency analysis to better understand what stage you are currently at physically. I then write a personalised programme which can be adapted to any new information I get from ongoing sessions.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
If you want to get the body of your dreams you’re going to have to work hard for a sustained period of time. As well as this you will need to work smart, which is where I can help you to understand how you can achieve this.
What do you love most about your job?
I enjoy seeing my client’s physical progression as well as the improvements in their mental toughness and confidence. By my clients obtaining these things I know I will have made a positive impact on the rest of their life.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My inspiration came from a genuine interest in fitness as well as the challenge of solving the unique puzzle that is each client.

Having competed in sport at an international level, I know how to balance many commitments whilst maintaining high rates of physical progression. Also, I know the importance of and methods of how to overcome many psychological barriers such as lack of motivation and fear.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I offer personal training in an outdoor setting and make sure all of my equipment is cleaned before use. I also regularly take lateral flow tests and am willing to wear a mask if a client prefers this.
