My iPhone 7 screen was broke by an England rugby player, so I took it in a couple of days after and it was a rapid turnaround for a great screen which is a fraction of the price of Apple ! Great shop, friendly service, super fast turn around time. I went in with no appointment for an aging mac battery replacement and it was done in an hour and a half, mac was 6 years old and full of dust so I got a service at the same time. They made it clear what I was buying (explaining the options of which battery replacements I could go with) work comes with a 6 month warranty. They absolutely deserve the 5☆ rating. I have a Macbook pro 2012 which had been running slowly for quite a long time and wanted to see if I could get it fixed. I went to BrunelTech to see if it was worth replacing any parts or if I should get a new computer. They explained to me very kindly what I could do to improve the computer's speed (change hard drive to ssd) and said it was definitely worth getting it done. I also got the battery changed, data rescued from my old hard drive and got the software update installed, all for a very reasonable price considering everything that needed changing. My computer is now working really well, it feels like I have a new one as it is so much faster!I definitely recommend BrunelTech, the staff are all very kind and kept me up to date with everything they were doing. Updating this previous review, I'd like to reaffirm how friendly and helpful the staff are. I water damaged my phone, and as a returning customer they offered to diagnose and even clean it for free, which was very generous. I didn't decide to go through with a full repair, but was very grateful for their work and honesty.From a few months ago:The staff are very friendly and helpful, and return time is fast (unless they need to order something, of course). Although there was a problem with the first repair and I had to return my laptop, the problem was addressed at no additional cost (even though a new charging port had to be ordered). Since BrunelTech have been established in Clifton Village, there have been numerous occasions when I have had to turn to them for help and advice. I went in with a broken laptop and left with it working better than its ever done before. They restored my data, replaced my hard drive and added more memory and for a fraction of the cost of a reconditioned Mac or getting the Apple repair team to fix. Lifesavers.

I spilled a glass of water on my four-month-old MacBook Air. Went to Apple Store and the guy from Genius Bar said that there's nothing they could do because my laptop was completely ruined.
