Disgusting service! They have just left 2 grown ups and a child stranded in Woking town centre as they took them to the wrong hotel, wouldn’t have a proper conversation over the phone and kept putting us on hold. The driver was paid and tipped and they then wouldn’t send someone back (even though we offered to pay again just to get them to the hotel) so disappointed when trying to use a local device rather than Uber - should have just called an Uber!! More...
