Arranged for 13:15, still nothing by 13:45 despite two telephones chasers. This was BOOKED @ 09:36 this morning. Appalling service.

Bad experience today. Rang them from asda Oldbury at 1148 on my phone to book taxi to tividale. They said 'about 10 minutes'. Sounded as if they were unsure so I said as long as it was about 10 minutes and not 30. In taxi queue I rang them again after 20 minutes. Explanation was that my driver 'had burst a tyre on Wolverhampton road'. If this was honest answer would be good have this confirmed eg by car reg in writing. Customer who was already waiting for a while before me with child got in a brookfleet, booked before mine presumably. Lots of other taxis for premier heritage collected other customers. Brookfleet only sent me text to track driver after I said I might complain/bad rate them online. They also said to me that they could only give a time estimate then but minutes as opposed to nearly 34 minutes seemed like wishful thinking on their part. Driver was great when he came and I don't blame him at all. I think people running software and/or via switchboard surely may have known how busy their drivers were. We booked the taxi firm to take us to Birmingham Airport. The driver who picked us up (10 mins early!!!) Was really friendly and interested in where we were going on holiday. On the way, we arranged for a taxi conflict us on our return. When we arrived back in Birmingham, one phone to say we had landed and by the time we got out of the airport, the taxi was waiting for us with another friendly driver.Would 100% use this company again, your drivers are a credit to your company!!!! I recently used the online booking service to book a taxi for 6 people and I just wanted to say how excellent the service was. Driver was lovely, taxi was clean and arrived at the right times. Ist class service. I have used Brookfleet on a number of occasions over the years but more recently I have needed them 3 times in recent weeks . On each occasion they arrived exactly when they promised including a return pick-up from Birmingham Airport. We cant say how thankful we are for this taxi company who saved us from freezing to death in the worst snow in years! We arrived 6. 30am Saturday morning after a night out in Birmingham as we could only get a bus to Blackheath and not to halesowen where we needed to go. They didn't have any drivers because of the bad weather so the manager took us home himself and was fantastic. We used Brookfleet to Birmingham airport. We booked a couple of days before, we received a text half a hour before we needed taxi to say taxi would be with us for the time we had booked. Taxi arrived a bit early but better early then late.Taxi driver waited for us. A lovely driver fare at a good rate. Highly recommend using Brookfleet Taxis. We have used Brookfleet Taxis for a drop off and pick up again this time too sandwell and dudley station .
