Zoe and Graham catered for our wedding yesterday. Zoe has been the most helpful person in the lead up to our day. From our first email to yesterday she was so attentive and supportive. I used Brookes Catering for my tipi wedding this summer and they were fantastic from the initial decision-making, up to and during the actual event. Zoe and Graham provided a tasting session before we booked with them and were flexible with the menu choices, allowing us to customise certain aspects that we desired. We had several meetings with Zoe in the run up to the wedding, where she offered suggestions and we finalised details. On the day, Brookes provided a champagne reception with canapes, a two course sit-down meal and a cash bar in the evening. All of the food we were served was phenomenal (I don’t know how Graham managed to cook such a perfect risotto in a tent, for 50 people!), the service from the waiting staff was simultaneously friendly and professional, and Zoe ran the whole day perfectly, even down to coordinating our music system and meeting our evening food van. They were fabulous!! Both Zoe and Graham were just wonderful in every aspect, and made our wedding day so perfect. Many of our guests commented (unprompted) on how wonderful the food was. Particularly the veggies as most of the time they are an after though. Zoe and Graham went above and beyond to ensure that the day was perfect in every way. They managed the set up of the room, ensured a seamless flow of drinks and did it all with a smile on their face. We would highly recommend Brookes Catering to anyone holding a wedding or event. Brookes catering did an amazing job at our wedding on 26 Oct 2017. All our guests said how delicious the food was, there certainly wasn't much left on people plates, the summer fruit pudding was amazing! They catered to all our extra dietary requirements, vegetarian, gluten free, dairy free etc, and their table service was perfect.
