Omg this one must be one of the best cafes in Europe! They bake their own cakes and they have mastered the art of patisserie. Clean, spotless and good service👏👏👏 More...

The choices for vegetarians were extremely limited. Hardly any of the units had veggie options. One place offered a tofu burger, except they had no tofu, so the only other option was a pizza which turned out to be the worst pizza I’ve ever been served. Soggy almost raw in the middle. Two mouthfuls of the crust was enough. Also we were seated at the edge of a busy thoroughfare - it felt like having your dinner in a supermarket aisle. There was very little atmosphere either. We were really looking forward to it but so disappointed. 0/5. More...

Good atmosphere and concept but my particular meal from The Gannet was awful. Pork tacos were revolting which was really disappointing, all other meals as part of the group were great. The staggering meal times however poses as issues as when part of a large group some meals are coming out 5m in and others 20m in so it meant there was a lot of up and down for the first 20m of the evening. Disgusting experience. Child had a toilet accident in high chair, I asked for a mop and bucket and 2 members of staff said no it’s ok don’t worry we will mop it. Young chap was mopping it and a man came up and said “for f* sake move the high chair for the guy” and forcefully moved the high chair and walked away. I stood up and went over to go front the member of staff with long hair and I told him - If you are talking to a member of staff like that then you are wrong. If you are talking to the table like that then you are also wrong. He called me a liar and walked away. This man should not be in a management position. When I sat back down the table next to us said they heard it as well and it was shocking behaviour. Another manageress apologised on his behalf. More...

Great food choices with multiple eating areas , you are taken to a table & explained the procedure of ordering. You order your drinks to your table , the waiter brings it to you . You then decide which area of choice you would like to eat , we chose Chinese food . You then go up & choose your dish & pay for your food by card . You then go back to your table with a buzzer that goes off when your food is ready . You then go and collect your food , bring it back to your table and enjoy . All food and drinks are paid for by card . More...

Went there on Monday 14th of feb. stood in que. then security guy took details. asked what kind of food do they do as never heard of this place to be told he wasnt sure as his first day!
Eventually get in to then be told you walk round, find what you want to eat. pay individually and then take buzzer back to table.
kids wanted pizza. got told they dont do pepperoni but do one like it. it looked awful. such a greasy pizza and trying to cut it just took the top layer off. I wanted to return it but daughter didnt want a fuss.
I had a chicken burger which tbh I really enjoyed but been so sick since I had it. day 2 of not being well and convinced it's the burger I had.
All staff were lovely but found place to be extremely expensive for what we got and abit stressful. we wont return

Bonnie & Wild offers a bit of everything to suit everyone’s tastes.
Avoid at peak times if you don’t like waiting in line.
We waited in line but it moved swiftly and we were quickly greeted at the door and brought to our table (long benches shared with other diners).
Drinks are ordered via a QR Code through your smartphone. To order food you must go to each food stall to place your order where you are given a pager to be notified when you’re food is ready for collection.
I ordered mussels and chips which were of excellent quality and my partner had salt and chilli chicken and chips, which he demolished.
The service is fast and atmosphere is relaxed for families and couples alike, which is why I would recommend it for a quick lunch or dinner.

most of the concessions were near closing when we arrived, but they wanted our trade and gave us a table and we were advised to be as quick as possible ordering; so not a great start and we missed out on desserts because they had closed. It’s a little bit chaotic and could do with some helpful guidance, but the food was great and it’s a really pleasant atmosphere and stylish surroundings. I would definitely go back again but perhaps earlier in the evening. More...

Ordered 2 drinks via the app with meal and after 20 mins they hadn’t arrived so asked a member of staff to find out what was going on. Manager then came to table and asked if we had a email confirming order - which we didn’t. We had to show the manager the transaction on our online banking so that we could get the drinks. More...

Where to start! You queue for over an hour then get taken to a table only big enough for 4 when there are 5. You wonder round whilst deciding what everyone wants then have to start ordering from 5 different places which means your food doesn’t arrive at the same time. We were up and down constantly not a relaxing evening! Whilst the Salt and chilli food was ok 2 scallop dishes were shocking in particular scallops, mussels and razor fish for £12 came with 1 tiny frozen scallop and 1 mussel! We had to ask for cutlery and for our plates to be taken away. We saw a staff drop cutlery on the floor picked it up and put it on a table. No sauces or salt to be found. More...
